NA PP★Pepe Grill served one of the worst meals I’ve had in years. The burgers were so overcooked and dry they were practically inedible, and the grilled chicken had zero flavour, even though I asked for mango and lime. It’s like they didn’t even try. I paid £50 for food that genuinely tasted like an afterthought. I walked out feeling completely ripped off. Despite paying extra and clearly reminding the staff each time, the chips arrive with barely any seasoning.This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a consistent issue. Charging customers for peri peri salt and then adding the smallest possible amount feels misleading. Rupesh Khyaju★We ordered 2 Chicken n Rice Box (which the receipt clearly mention in the photograph), but was delivered only one box. We rang them to complain was told to wait another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, received the missing (same) box which was cold and unappealing. This is 4th time in a row in delivery order’s messed up.
