Me and I mum came here nearly 2 weeks ago. We got a jacket potato with coleslaw (the first photo) which was amazing! Was so gooey and cheesy and the coleslaw was the best I’d ever had. Was in the area again today so thought I’d take my nan as it was so good. Definitely won’t be back after our food today. I ordered the same and so did she as I told her how good it was, to be served a rock solid dry potato, with little to no coleslaw on which was also very dry. The only part that was ok was the salad. Such a shame as was so Good before and the staff are lovely

If you are having a holiday near this pub then this is a definite go to. The food is so good, plenty of it and by far the best, most affordable place you will eat. The chef and staff are amazing. We booked two more visits while staying here, would have been more but had other things booked. I would definitely recommend booking beforehand as this place is very popular and it is really easy to see why. Cannot recommend this place enough

Avoid if you’re gluten free! Shocking! Poor and no knowledge of cross contamination for those with Celiac disease … I appreciate that gluten free products are expensive, but what you provided was cheap, poor quality & from a supermarket. My sandwiches were a shade of blue, slapped together & hard, 4 biscuits, 2 very slim brownies with a frozen strawberry on the top & 2 small fruit scones which were hard … Everyone else had sumptuous amounts of cakes, macaroons, scones with cheese and fruit & many sandwiches for £18 but not us gluten free folk. It was really poor for £19.95!! Four biscuits,

Second visit here as the first time was quite nice , unfortunately not this time. Seated at 1945 and then had to wait about 20 mins for someone to take our food order and I think that was due to the table next to us prompting the staff. Our food took a long while with the table next to us saying they would have left by now. Food eventually came out just after 2100. We then ate our meal with the sound of children running about above our heads and wondering if they were actually going to come thro and join us on our table. My burger meal was ok, not juicy but edible. My partner had the cauliflo
