I had a very disappointing experience today while collecting an order from this Subway. I waited around 20 minutes because the order was not ready. I understood that the employee was working alone without any help, so I remained patient. However, while I was waiting, I contacted support because I could no longer wait any longer. I had to pick up my children from school, and if I had completed the delivery, I would not have arrived on time. Support cancelled the order for me. Just as the order became ready, I politely explained to the employee that I was very sorry but I could no longer take

It's true, the staff aren't the friendliest, but come on, just because you can misbehave doesn't mean you have to. If I had to deal with some of the people they do I'd be miserable too, they've no idea what's coming through the door next. I don't know how they even sleep. If we as a society continue to abuse these services and the good work of their employees then they will eventually die out and we'll all have only online services left. Is that what you want to leave for your kids?

Nice subway. Always have all the ingredients. Service is fast. Staff are friendly. Sit in area is a little small but it's fine if you manage to get a booth. Good vegan options for my wife. Overall better than ypur average subway. Good for fast food.
