Love going to nandos but I ordered a delivery on Deliveroo. I ordered a large rice and when it came, it was literally smaller than a regular portion of rice?! I ordered both - large and regular, and there was more rice in my regular portion. For the money you pay, it’s just a complete rip off. Everything else was spot on but I paid £8 for a LARGE rice and received something that wouldn’t even count as a regular; probably a child’s portion. Just think it’s shocking and unbelievable how much the standards have fell in this nandos over the years.

The way this Nando's is run is bad. When we got there we waited in the queue which in itself isn't unusual but when 70% of the tables are empty begs the issues. We were told that we couldn't be seated while the kitchen catch up with the current orders. All this time the queue was getting bigger. Previous occasion there were no chicken on the bone available and we asked if that was the case on this visit, it wasn't but instead there was a 40 min wait for chicken on the bone. We asked why and it was because the machine doesn't tell them the stock is low, so why don't they check manually??? We

I ordered Butterfly as I thought it has bigger portion than the 1/2 chicken, but realised it was even smaller. The manager replaced the whole order with no extra charges as they served better compared to other restaurants. All of this aside from the delicious food they make, especially being Halal certified. Definitely recommend it!
