I used to really enjoy coming here and, up until a few months ago, it was one of my favourite bakeries locally. The food was always great, and I never really minded the queue because it felt worth the wait. However, my recent visit was a big disappointment. The queue moved incredibly slowly, which seemed to come down to the lack of urgency from the staff. While they were friendly enough, there were three people working who all seemed to be sauntering around without much pace, and the service just dragged. Unfortunately, the long wait wasn’t worth it this time. The pastries we bought were ove
