Not the easiest place to get to but it is right next to Rock Ferry slipway so you could combine it on a nice day out, watch the river Mersey and admire any boots that float by. Would definitely recommend this obvious gem 💎

We were greeted and seated immediately, our drinks order taken straight away. We browsed the menu and I chose the scouse and my wife chose the fish and chips. The food arrived and was full of flavour, portions were spot on. The staff were attentive and helpful and happy in their work. We will most definitely return as the Refreshment Rooms are very much worth visiting again. It goes to show that great reviews promote a great business and attract new customers.
