The staff are some of the most personable of any local cafe. They really care about good service and connecting with the regulars. Even in busy periods they always treat customers as welcome guests. Nice and spacious and quiet on a weekday morning.

This isn’t a review of the store itself, but of Pret deciding to stop the one dairy free cookie option (the awesome chocolate almond butter cookie). The staff confirmed when I arrived at the counter and couldn’t find it to go with my wrap. The only option available was a berry croissant. What’s even worse is when I sat down, there’s a big poster that tells of how they’re adding more vegan options to their menu because plant based is ‘good news for your carbon footprint’. No, they’re taking them away. I shall no longer grab lunch from Pret either here or when on the move.

Extremely rude staff. We came in and spent £30 on lunch, you’d expect they want you to spend more money here but everytime we tried ordering items she’d process the transaction and demand we pay. By no means were we slow at ordering - she was just very impatient, strange for an empty cafe. Then I went to grab sugar and she shouted at us to come collect the drink, we said coming just getting sugar, to which she repeated herself with a more pissed off tone. Not sure what we did to make this woman so angry, but she didn’t need to be so rude. The whole thing left us feeling uncomfortable. Not the

First time to this branch. I love Pret and this is a nice one. There was lots of porridge left at 10am. The porridge is always totally delicious with honey. Soooo good. My friend had a veggie egg white omelette and really liked it. We take our own cups and filter coffee is just 49p. Brilliant! Recommended
