Order/Food accuracy is the biggest issue in this restaurant. Happens that often that I’ve given feeding back to the store 😂 Today 3 biscoff McFlurry - no caramel sauce to be found in any of them. But that is the norm, plain burger orders fully dressed etc or missing items The staff are always friendly but the accuracy of orders needs to be better. Often find a trip to Bangor or Dundonald gets a more accurate order and experience.

Drive thru staff are always very friendly and efficient. Never waiting too long even when its busy. The food is always good quality. Night and day difference to other local mcds I have used.

The SLOOOOOWEST McDonald’s in the UK. Off peak average 15-20 minutes to get through the drive through and going I. Isn’t much better. They never use the waiting bays and make everyone just sit in line waiting for people to get their food. Would rather drive an extra half hour than use it - it’s faster.

Placed a large order at the drive through and was refused ketchup and bbq sauce. Apparently we didn’t need it for our chips and that was not something they catered for. We were then told we could purchase as many as we liked for 20p per dip. I’ve never encountered this at any McDonald’s before. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it’s the little things that make the difference. When you spend nearly £70 and then you’re told we need 20p per dip it’s a bit miserable. The server finding it funny isn’t a great touch either.
