Hiya, I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to this time to give Lewis and Alfie the recognition they deserve. They were amazing and friendly hosts when we went for dinner. Their friendly and polite demeanour made the experience just that much more enjoyable. I haven’t received service like they provided at Nandos ever before which really surprised me. They were quick to sort any issues with our order and provided us with perfect and quick service. And the food was fresh and amazing. Thank you to you both honestly not often you have upbeat and lovely staff at food places like Nandos!!

Visited Oldham town hall Nandos and had a really good experience. I was greeted by Will and Zara who were incredibly welcoming as soon as I walked in. Service was quick and easy, and the full team was so welcoming, polite and excellent customer service. Fawad, Gigi & Joanna made the food to perfection. Lewis the manager is lovely ☺️ and Zenab served us with a big smile. As for the overall experience, everything ran smoothly and the environment was clean, vibrant, and comfortable. It's clear that the staff take pride in both their service and the customer experience.

Great atmosphere - very polite and professional Staff. This branch is also one of the many where everything on the menu is Halal. Calories are clearly displayed on the menu and this personally has been a lifesaver for my fitness goals. The app is easy to use and prices are reasonable considering it is treated as a restaurant, since Staff are cleaning/serving after you. The ice cream and drinks machines are bottomless too!

Went in on today (6/6/26) and had a very bad experience. Being a regular here the service has always been good but pretty sure there was a different manager on that night. My order wasn’t right so I let a member of staff know. They took the meal away and said they’d sort it out. By the time it was ready my family had almost finished eating. I spoke to the manager (who seems to be new as it’s usually a gent that manages the place). Anyway this lady was very rude and made it out like I was the problem causing her inconvenience.
