On multiple occasions I have been served by the same barista. By looking at other reviews I can see a few people have also had issues with her. For example, most recently I went in and the barista was talking on a personal phone. She continued talking on the phone while she took my order. I asked for a medium, the price for a large appeared on the card machine. When I asked why it was so expensive, she told me there were no medium or small sizes left. I ordered the new protein cold foam matcha, but my experience was very disappointing. First of all, I was charged 80p more than the price listed on the menu, which is not acceptable. When my drink was prepared, I was given a regular matcha latte instead of the protein cold foam matcha I had ordered. I pointed this out, as I specifically wanted the protein version with the foam, but what I received was just a standard drink. Overall, this felt very misleading and unprofessional. I’m not happy awith the service at all and would not expect this kind of experience when ordering something clearly
