Spike Mclarrity★★★★★I attended an intense one week performance workshop. I think this is an amazing complex of studios, cafes, clubs, open air cinema' a roof terrace bar. A gallery, skateboard park, a brewry, fitness and dance studios. The list is endless. Its Peckhams best kept secret. You access through a small ally that reveals its vintage shops. stationery and much more. Very close to Peckham Rye station. Its worth checking out. I wish it existed 30 years ago when l lived in Peckham.
Jay★★★★Fantastic place in south London for events and pop ups. There is various different units offering different services from west African food, vintage antiques markets yoga and more. I passed by here on my journeys during the winter so it was very quiet however judging by its location and things to offer I can see this place becoming very busy during the London summer.
