I attended an intense one week performance workshop. I think this is an amazing complex of studios, cafes, clubs, open air cinema' a roof terrace bar. A gallery, skateboard park, a brewry, fitness and dance studios. The list is endless. Its Peckhams best kept secret. You access through a small ally that reveals its vintage shops. stationery and much more. Very close to Peckham Rye station. Its worth checking out. I wish it existed 30 years ago when l lived in Peckham.

Fantastic place in south London for events and pop ups. There is various different units offering different services from west African food, vintage antiques markets yoga and more. I passed by here on my journeys during the winter so it was very quiet however judging by its location and things to offer I can see this place becoming very busy during the London summer.
