The most excellent customer service I’ve ever experienced in a takeaway store. Food is always phenomenal. The staff recognises the usuals and builds an amazing rapport. The food has never ever once disappointed. Always fresh and always so nicely catered to your needs. The parmos are amazing so is the hot and spicy pizza. The peri burger is so good. In fact all burgers are so good. The wings are the best too. Nabzys needs to be scrapped we have so much better now. Have always come to Frangos since opening for the delicious and good food and generous sauces on the side. Got the pepperoni pizza and it was fresh and had lots of flavour plus was very filling. Would recommend!

One of the worse experiences of my whole life. First of all the worker was getting funny with my cousin and I was about to lamp him. Tables were horrible weren’t cleaned in weeks white stains on the table. I ordered a boneless meal which comes with 6 chicken strips but they gave me two less chicken strips which absolutely appalled me. Boneless bites were horrible and tasted like rubber. Also whilst we were eating horrible service was displayed when the worker came and asked for the tray mid meal whilst our food was on the tray then we had to put out food on the grimy table. Horrible experience
