Yet another fabulous meal with superb service from Mark and Lewis. We went there for my daughter’s birthday - her request and she’s only 26 but has requested this place since very and over again. What you can’t fault is the old world service; relaxed, playful and just about the best way to spend an afternoon. Humour and joy personify the afternoon’s festivities and a more pleasurable way of spending an afternoon’s feeding and drinking extravaganza I can’t think of. Fabulous evening at the ever so retro Toby Cottage! Visiting local and decided to book! The waiters are so fun and make you feel so looked after (hi Mark!) I had the duck salad and the herb rubbed lamp rump, my husband had the lobster bisque and the ribeye special. We shared baileys cheesecake & a coconut cherry roulade. Loved it!

We were looked after from start to finish by first rate waiters, from on arrival offering to take and hang our coats, through advise on any food allergies, to the amazing dessert selection, everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. The whole evening was perfect. This is good place to go and I would recommend. I am looking forward to visiting again for a special occasion.
