“Great atmosphere and the best food & coffee in town!”

The café benefits from a great location and a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were friendly with decent service. Unfortunately, the food quality lets it down. My chicken escalope and “chips” were disappointing, it felt like frozen chicken strips in a bun, and the “chips” turned out to be tortilla chips rather than the fries you’d typically expect in a UK café. This should be made clearer on the menu, as it feels misleading and of more value than it actually was (£9.50). My partner’s £15 English breakfast also seemed to use low-quality ingredients so didn’t feel like a one off. Overall, th

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Jack's Café Had such a lovely experience at Jack's Café! I ordered a Piña Colada and a Caesar Salad, and both were absolutely amazing. The salad was fresh, generous, and packed with plenty of chicken, definitely one of the best I've had. The Korean Burger was outstanding too, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you're looking for tasty food and great portions! 😊🍔🥗🍹

The staff are so lovely, kind and attentive. This is such a good neighbourhood spot for casual dining. Good for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Recommend! And really good halal options, especially for breakfast items!
