Victoria Jayne★★★★★We booked Parlour for the first time after searching online for Sunday Roasts. My Daughter lives in West Hampstead and we were down visiting from Leeds. Upon arrival at Parlour we were greeted by a friendly chap on the desk who swiftly showed us to our table. We were then looked after by 2 lovely attentive ladies that were taking the food and drinks orders, we were given menu's and left to decide. We received the warmest, friendliest service with a smile from everyone there. Our drinks were served quickly and we were able to sit and chat in a pub with great atmosphere. When the food arrived at
Phil Mash★★★★★An Oasis of Cool on a scruffy side street Kensal Rise. A reassuringly small food menu paired with a wonderful long wine list and cocktail menu. The Cow Pie is something of a signature dish. The mac’n’cheese also great, as was the garlic potatoes. A friendly waiter told us all about the menu from the classic ‘friendly crouch’ position. Soda bread appetiser had a treacle note and tasted all the better cos it just arrived without being asked for. Highly recommended. We didn’t have pudding. We must return.
Gareth Newark★★★★★A lovely anniversary roast with my special girl 🥰. All the meats were really juicy and the veg was delicious, I couldn't get enough of the pesto gravy. Pudding was equally scrumptious. I'll be going again for sure.
Thomasin Lockwood★★★★★Incredible food and service! Suzanna was out server and even though it was clearly very busy she had a smile on her face at every interaction, was really helpful with menu choices and just all around really attentive. Highly recommend for a birthday treat dinner.
