CityStrider★★★★★Lovely atmospheric pub on yet riverside. Staff were friendly and welcoming and quickly served us. We had a beer and a few light snacks. Not the cheapest but was very well presented and tasty. Would definitely come again. Plenty of seating inside and out.
garry vandeleur★★★★★What a wonderful place the pub is olde worlde and in a quiet riverside position. No artificial beams here all goo oak beams, so if you are tall it's best to duck. The food was good, well presented and tasty, the service was efficient and friendly. It is well worth a visit.
Jo★★★★★Superb pub style restaurant! Excellent customer service, very welcoming and considerate, they even gave my dog a blanket to lie down on. Very attentive, did not have to wait to be served or chase down servers to order. It is table service. Ignore the current Google photos of this venue, they are not current or representative of the charming and welcoming interior. I’ve added a few quick snaps I took but couldn’t go to the restaurant area due to my dog. Highly recommend visiting for food, drinks, working or company. Very dog friendly! I will be back!
S B★★★★★While doing the Thames path, we stopped by for a coffee in the morning. The venue is charming, nicely decorated with a nice terrace. We've been served by Fiona, she was very friendly and we've even been given advice to continue our journey. We didn't try the food but if we return there we'll be happy to do so.
