It's amazing to find a mainstream, branded restaurant that serves halal food. This alone had me rushing to try Tim Hortons after shopping at Braintree. The staff and the restaurant were very nice - as you'd expect. The food was pretty generic fast food fare. Standard burger patties with onions and ketchup. The waffle chips were also nothing to write home about but overall I feel the experience was just about worth it. Theyv also have lots of different hot drinks which I would love to try next time.

Went about 2:30pm so very quiet, which is why I gave it 5 for atmosphere. I wanted a quiet meal not a party. Ordering was easy from the screens, plenty of options. Food was produced quite quickly and was delicious. I had the double bacon burger, whilst my wife had the chicken festive burger with stuffing. Coffee was good, place was clean, plenty of parking.

Fast food restaurant, good mini chicken burger made it into a meal and the chips are yummy. The chicken is above average tasty. So i spoke to the staff regarding halal offering they said only the bacon wasn't halal. Parking plenty off outside or use the drive thru to collect. I am a Fan of the timbits, mini doughnuts in a ball with some flavouring. You can get a few of them. Won't fill you up as much but the sugar will be less then a whole doughnut. Food is always great – hot, fresh, and cooked to order. Unfortunately, that doesn’t excuse the service issues we experienced during our latest visit. Despite the restaurant being empty, we waited around 20 minutes for our order. During that time, four separate customers had to queue at the counter simply to ask for a straw. We also repeatedly observed a member of staff using their phone and then handling food without washing their hands afterwards. This is basic food hygiene practice, so it raises concerns about what other food safety procedures may be being overlooked. The food itself remai
