Wonderful outdoor seating and very friendly staff. The French onion soup was packed with flavour and paired excellently with the range of charcuterie. The passion fruit cocktail was very refreshing and beautifully presented. The steak frites was cooked perfectly and had the bonus option of refilling both the fries and the garlic butter which was exceptional. The highlight however was the pistachio crème brûlée, which had the perfect texture and the pistachio flavour came through in every bite! Additionally, they have a wonderful dessert wine that was the perfect ending to the meal.

I appreciate the friendly attentive staffs and the food are absolutely delicious and worth to try. Our slightly disappointments are the layout for 19 people were not enough space and staff started to add tables and chairs. The service was delayed to start with drinks. Apart from brilliant follow-up by texts or emails, it wasn't possible to talk to someone on the phone, when we called restaurant to amend our booking, but at the end one of the staff called back and that was a relief. Thanks for the hardwork to serve our group nicely. Everyone enjoyed their foods and drinks. I highly recommend t

I like Cotes breakfast. Good ingredients and tasty food. Service was very good too. The lady that served me was very pleasant and professional. The restaurant sits on the river which is lovely. Good place to people watch as well with those lovely big windows!

Met some friends here and had lunch. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was delicious I had the mushroom baguette and onion soup with fries. Delicious wines by the glass. Reasonable prices. Right by the canal so nice in the summer.
