Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, almost all the tables were dirty and we had to wipe them ourselves before sitting down. The chicken pieces were also noticeably smaller compared to other branches. We chose the option where staff would bring the food to our table, but nobody ever came so we eventually had to collect it ourselves. Overall the service and cleanliness were far below expectations.

We had to wait a very long time for our food, even though the place wasn't busy at all. When the food finally arrived, the rice portion was missing kidney beans. There was no hot water in the toilet facilities.

I went here to get a sharing bucket today and the service was top notch. The food was hot and fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Really great service from sonia . The restaurant also got renovated I liked the decoration .

I usually come here for my lunch or sometime dinner and the staffs and the food never disappoint me. Always on top one of the cleanest friendliest kfc of the reading I’ve been to. There is one staff her name is bindu she is very welcoming and friendly and she never makes me wait for too long for my food. I’d highly recommend the kfc reading gate retail park to go and visit.
