**1/5 Stars** Ordered a quarter pounder meal and 9 nuggets in-store. When I received my order, they had completely missed the nuggets. The staff member was puzzled when I asked about them, even though he had just placed the ticket in the kitchen himself. When I finally got home, the burger was incredibly disappointing. The patty had absolutely no salt or flavor, and it came on a hard, sweet white bun. I had to put my own ketchup on it. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a half-and-half pizza (Veg Supreme and Paneer), but instead I received Paneer and Chicken, which is completely unacceptable—especially for someone who ordered vegetarian food. On top of that, the delivery took more than 1 hour and 45 minutes, which is far beyond a reasonable waiting time. I ordered a pizza to my block of flats. The driver called after an hour and said he was outside my house and he couldn’t come to the door because of an injured leg. I don’t live in a house and there was no one in the carpark, he had never come to the destination. I tried calling him back and he blocked my number. I called the store and they said the driver told them I never answered the call and that they are cancelling my order.
