Food was absolutely stone cold. Bacon isn't even close to being cooked and what's going on with the eggs? Every other spoons I've got the muffin the egg runny and cheese is melted. Even the muffin itself was floppy. To top it off he wasn't even going to give me my drink. Went to walk away and I had to ask about the Pepsi max then he said the gas is broke or something... well fair enough but why didn't he just come tell me that instead me wondering why it didn't turn up.

I would like to leave some positive feedback about Matt who works at the Ferry Boat in Runcorn. Every time Matt is on shift the whole place just seems to run smoothly. He provides excellent customer service, is always helpful, and makes customers feel welcome. He is consistently friendly, approachable and clearly takes pride in his work. Matt regularly goes out of his way to help people and makes the effort to ensure everyone is looked after.
