As a local, almost everyday I’m having a lovely experience at Pret in Salisbury. The team is genuinely one of the friendliest around, and you can feel the care in every interaction. I always enjoy my matcha here, and it’s even better knowing the staff truly listen. A special thank you to Ziling for her kindness and attentiveness, and to the team for going the extra mile, I was even told they’ll be introducing strawberry matcha soon, which I’ve been asking about for ages! I was here around 9am and the place being very spacious felt very cosy, homey and relaxing. Sat down for a bit to have a sip of my green tea which I enjoyed. If you like to people watch and let the time fly by they have good window seats and you could easily do that. 🤣 I enjoyed my almond croissant and this sandwich was really lovely. Meat which was very tender, chewy bread and tangy spicy sauce. 😊

I have been coming to Salisbury Pret for 4 years now. The service is second to non. I don’t even have to tell them my order they just know it & from a chain like Pret they are still delivering on the personal touches. Everyone is so friendly & chatty. We also had to try the autumn muffin & pasty the cinnamon crown is so nice, the cinnamon paste on the inside with the pasty is just insane. & the spice apple & pecan muffin was so tasty! Deffo my fav from the counter. Thanks to all the staff for just being so great!
