Great little pub. Fantastic Sam Smith bitter stored how it should . Just found it by accident. No TV , no mobile phones, no swearing BRILLIANT it’s a pity a lot of pubs don’t take notice and especially some pubs in the villages and suburbs. Looks like I might become a regular.

Popped in for a cheeky drink and got told off. The reason. I got my phone out to google something. They are a digital detox pub, so no phones laptops etc allowed. Makes a refreshing change. Staff were brilliant (even if I got told off😁). Also zero swearing tolerance. The result is a lovely pub, full of folks talking. However, the irony of leaving a Google review for a no digital pub is not lost on me. If you’re in Sheffield go for a pint and a chat!

Visited this pub last year while attending the snooker at the Crucible. Enjoyed it so much, we visited again today. The beers are kept really well...I had a bitter and a dark mild, both were excellent. How they can only charge £3.60 and £2.80 respectively is beyond me. Yes, there's a no phone and no swearing policy but I like that. Those leaving bad reviews about this need to get over themselves and get a life.

Didn’t even get in the door, just got shouted at outside, don’t go there if you are normal lol *Reply* Was not planning to swear our heads off 😭 we had some rules where if we called each other by our names we would have to get a shot which would have been quite often getting you probably a good amount of money, but when you said you can’t swear we were gonna change it to if we swore we would have to get one. So actually it would have been the opposite of swearing our heads off as we don’t want the shots.
