Marks & Spencer continues to be a weekly staple for me. The café is always a great stop (even if the self‑serve kiosk isn’t my favourite part), but everything else more than makes up for it. The clothing is consistently high‑quality, the homeware section is full of stylish, well‑made pieces, and the Foodhall is outstanding. What really sets this store apart is the staff; they’re genuinely incredible. Friendly, helpful, and always on top of things, which makes every visit enjoyable. I find myself coming back week after week because the service and products are just that good.

I have always enjoyed shopping at M&S, and my family and I have spent a significant amount of money with the company over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me very disappointed. I purchased a pair of chino shorts in the wrong size and returned to exchange them for the correct size. Instead of a straightforward exchange, I was asked what felt like an excessive number of questions, including whether the shorts had been worn. The Meal: I recently tried the Smoked Salmon and Poached Egg on Avocado Toast. • The Good: The presentation was excellent. The eggs were perfectly poached, the salmon was high quality, and it came with a fresh side of rocket and cherry tomatoes. • The Critique: While the ingred

M&S cafe. New high tech system that needs tweaks. The same system has been in pubs for over ten years! When in England, did it become acceptable to receive your order as EACH individual item is ready. Not only your own order but your partners. Received my toasted teacake with no condiment, as specified on the computer order and then waited 7mins for the rest of the order. We didnt eat together and when we did, the toasted tea cake was cold. The tea and coffee arrived and scone arrived 10 mins later? No teaspoon or sugar. A little tip #M&S when you make these technological improvements, you
