anam ahmed★Order a caramel frappe with caramel and cream and this is what arrived. Called the store and the lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
B★Similar experience to many other paying customers! Rude, unwelcoming staff with poor attitudes. After having my coffee sat working in the cafe, I politely asked the staff behind the counter for the toilet code. The woman (brunette woman with her hair up & glasses, approx in her 30s) bluntly responds you have to purchase a drink to use the toilets. I advise her I am a paying customer! The toilets also haven’t been cleaned since the 80s, so not sure why they have a special code to access. Alternative lovely cafe with welcoming staff located just round the corner…
