Order a caramel frappe with caramel and cream and this is what arrived. Called the store and the lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Similar experience to many other paying customers! Rude, unwelcoming staff with poor attitudes. After having my coffee sat working in the cafe, I politely asked the staff behind the counter for the toilet code. The woman (brunette woman with her hair up & glasses, approx in her 30s) bluntly responds you have to purchase a drink to use the toilets. I advise her I am a paying customer! The toilets also haven’t been cleaned since the 80s, so not sure why they have a special code to access. Alternative lovely cafe with welcoming staff located just round the corner…

It's in a perfect location being opposite Slough train station. The interior design is quite sleek & it mimics the qualities of local new builds. Great place to grab a coffee, spend a few hours working or meeting up with friends/co-workers.
