Just had a take away delivery. 80% went in the bin. Fish was so overcooked it had dried out. Chips had been refried, to refresh? All cooked in old oil and was vile and greasy. Curry sauce was tasteless. Never ordering from there ever again. Worst fish & chips I’ve ever “had”. Wished I hadn’t spent the £40. If they were willing to send that out, it’s pointless complaining, because they don’t care.

I order chips, a battered sausage and fish. The guy forgot my fish. There was no batter on the sausages and the chips taste like I’m eating cardboard. Definitely the worst chippy in the town.

My dad moved to Spalding and on a recent visit, we decided to try out his local chippy. I can honestly say we were not disappointed. The food was cooked perfectly and hot and the menu selections are plentiful. If there's something not on the menu, spam fritters in my case, just ask and they might be able to provide it. The prices are great with some "Specials" too, including the excellent kids meal deals too. We bought 4 main dinners for less than £20, which is really good value for fish and chips! Great Chips fried properly in veg oil, unlike others around here that use cow dripping, that turns chips into a meat product. Lovely friendly staff.
