Usually pretty good, but today the member of staff who made my fully vegan sandwich didn't use the green vegan knife to cut my sandwich. She looked for it for about 0.35 seconds and then used a knife with non vegan sauce all over it. She also took it out of the oven 9 seconds before it was finished and the sandwich ended up being undercooked and floppy. I usually eat there at least once a week, but won't be going back to that particular branch again.
