The interior layout is quite strange, not the typical supermarket layout, which makes it hard to find things inside. Staff also really aren't the best here, we were trying to get to a product behind lots of cages and instead of the staff member moving the cages for us, he threw the cupboard away in the cage and walked away which was pretty rude. That being said, I do appreciate it's 24 hours and product selection is good.

Fairly decent Asda for UK supermarket standards. They do Amazon returns and the staff are lovely as well as cooperative. There’s a cake box in store if you need to get somewhere with a decent gift. The store itself was decent and clean, there’s a large clothing section which surprisingly sells decent quality clothing mostly cotton products which I can’t complain of. Huge parking lot, and they do have a range of machines like coins for cash etc. there is also a parcel machine and a cash machine at the store.

A few issues that would improve visiting this store. REPAIR the tarmac in your car park, its awful. Tell staff to pay more attention at the self service check out instead of TALKING. The last 3 times I have been in there shopping i have had to go and interrupt their conversation and ask for assistance. Not good enough asda Don't ever write and complain to asda customer service, THEY NEVER REPLY, I can only assume they are inundated with complaints. The 2 complaints I wrote in about was finding black bits of metal in their salad boxes, which I felt was serious, but obviously not to them,

I had a very unprofessional experience today while trying to collect two online parcels. After checking in and waiting for 15 minutes with no sign of my items, I spent another 10 minutes in the customer service queue. Lady initially claimed the system showed no request had been made. When the staff member responsible for bringing out parcels arrived, she checked her device and incorrectly stated that the parcels had already been collected. This caused me significant unnecessary stress. After further investigation, it turned out my parcels were sitting in a trolley directly behind the customer
