My girls absolutely love coming to coffee number one in Stroud and the staff are so friendly and kind, and they love the food and of course the milkshakes. Yesterday, my daughters were on one of their first trips into town independently and my daughter's card got declined. They couldn't have been nicer and they insisted on letting the girls have their milkshakes and cakes and wished them a happy christmas. Terrible rude service. The lady serving was miserable and passed that onto us. The person doing the dishwasher was very loud practically smashing the plates in. All in all a very noisy and unpleasant experience.
