Imran Abbas★I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. I visit this location regularly and have always been a polite and loyal customer. On this occasion, I simply asked—once and very politely—if my order was ready. Instead of a normal response, the manager reacted in a rude and dismissive way that felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. What made it worse was the impression that their behavior may have been influenced by my skin color, which is deeply upsetting. Customer service should be respectful and fair to everyone, especially regular customers. I hope this issue is taken ser

Ms L★Service was poor today (maybe just one those days?). A woman with long black ponytail has a bit if an attitude problem. Hopefully, she's just having a bad day and it's not a usual issue. Hygiene - no one wears hair nets or gloves. Gloves may be optional for some due to allergies/personal choice but hair nets are not. Will be reporting to Food Hygiene standards.
