I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. I visit this location regularly and have always been a polite and loyal customer. On this occasion, I simply asked—once and very politely—if my order was ready. Instead of a normal response, the manager reacted in a rude and dismissive way that felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. What made it worse was the impression that their behavior may have been influenced by my skin color, which is deeply upsetting. i came here and oh my days the atmosphere, the food.. but most importantly, the service. caden is probably the hardest worker among any fast food restaurant. he seems to be a great guy with an even better work ethic! will be coming back! GO CADEN!

Service was poor today (maybe just one those days?). A woman with long black ponytail has a bit if an attitude problem. Hopefully, she's just having a bad day and it's not a usual issue. Hygiene - no one wears hair nets or gloves. Gloves may be optional for some due to allergies/personal choice but hair nets are not. Will be reporting to Food Hygiene standards.

Vicky Baker was very polite and friendly with her service, she was dressed as a Jedi Master to celebrate the launch of their Mandalorian collaboration. Highly recommended
