Lee★Had an issue getting my coffee (machine not working and you're just handed a cup here) manager decided to flat out ignore me asking for it to be looked at to go and comp her friends food instead. Younger female staff member eventually took a look with no small amount of attitude. Apart from the young man working the till this morning the staff appear to have a strong dislike for customers.
Bubble Chiyo★Ordered the FRIENDS limited edition meal and didn't get the toy, they didn't even mention if they were out of the toy. I feel scammed because of how much their meals cost during these promotions.
