Had an issue getting my coffee (machine not working and you're just handed a cup here) manager decided to flat out ignore me asking for it to be looked at to go and comp her friends food instead. Younger female staff member eventually took a look with no small amount of attitude. Apart from the young man working the till this morning the staff appear to have a strong dislike for customers.

Ordered the FRIENDS limited edition meal and didn't get the toy, they didn't even mention if they were out of the toy. I feel scammed because of how much their meals cost during these promotions.

Food is pretty uniform and the stuff tastes great for the price paid. Their breakfast sausage egg mcmuffins are next level good. I would suggest Ordering through the app for discounted offers.
