Great service from Siyanda and Nhose. Always friendly, very attentive. Happy to see me as I am a regular customer. They know my drink without asking and how I like it. That's why I go there rather than the Costa further down the road which when busy is very, very noisy. Overall, great customer service.

The staff are friendly not as welcoming as id like no hellow how are you just what do you want but they are polite doing so my major complaints are the tables are all sticking like an old pub table everything is sticking to it and the way the shop looks is completely unacceptable for the prices we are paying the chairs are all dirty the floors are all taped down with hazard tap some chairs are broken when your paying £4.50 for a coffee its madness to have a shop in such disrepair

The staff are exceptional, they ask you about your day and care very deeply and it shows. So I have nothing bad to say about that. However, the state of the shop is utterly unexcitable. I’ve been there a couple of times and have listened to elderly people complain about tripping and hurting themselves over the state of the floor, the staff have heard probably hundreds of complains a day and are forced to deal with the repercussion that isn’t their fault. There is flys, ants, and spiders crawling pretty much under everything. I’m surprised no one has gotten sick from this place. And I can’t str

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to for Saule. She’s quite new you can tell but she has so much care and patience. She always takes the time to ask how you are and she actually means it. You can feel that she wants your day to be a little brighter than it was before. These days that kind of kindness is rare. A lovely new addition to the team.
