Ordered 3 strawberry & white chocolate luxury frappe’s and 1 millionaire’s luxury frappe, I’m not sure what was luxury about it as it tasted like cold milk and millionaires one did not have the chocolate whipped cream and neither did it have the caramel sauce on top, either the staff that was making it had no idea or either the menu is deceiving

I've only visited on weekends and it is always packed. They definitely have to rush through orders considering the demand. Good seating space, but expect to do some self cleaning/clearing once you find a table.

Avoid this shop when ordering online. Some of the staff members that work here are so poor at their job. When I ask for untensils I never get them when i ask for straws I never get them. Ever. They don’t bother saying when an item is out of stock when I order online. In store I bet the food and drink service in person is up to standard but that’s the exact problem with these cafes they don’t care one bit about your order when it’s online.
