Overall experience was okay. Staffs were generally friendly and courteous. Breakfast service was good. Meals from restaurant was good. Grilled Salmon 👌🏿 Was a bit disappointed in the room - 1. No AC, very warm and humid on a sunny, Required a desk fan to the room to feel tolerable 2. limited window movement to allow air flow 3. No TV remote 5. broken shower head hose that restricts water flow.

Hotel lobby is lovely! But once you’re In your room it all changes. The rooms were dingy, dusty, dirty and VERY outdated. Pillows were crusty with ‘mysterious’ stains… bathroom was minging, toilet seat cracked, bath full of rust and mould. Bedroom walls were covered in stains. Dead insects on windowsill. Screws hanging from ceiling tiles. Wouldn’t recommend at all, maybes our room was a one off but I definitely wouldn’t pay again to find out.

A last-minute stay in a convenient location, but the pillows were unreasonably firm. The room was ridiculously warm, too. I didn't trust the lift as far as I could throw it. That being said, it was a lovely hotel, with a nice enough room. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was reasonable for unlimited!

Rooms are very average, Was very busy for checking in but only one person at desk trying her best waited around 10-15 minutes. The lift is a health and safety issue with covers missing so you can see the live cables through the hole. Clean hotel lovely lady at the desk but would say 3 star hotel being generous.
