Like any other M&S good layout over two floors and a good range of men's women's and kids clothing. With the food hall to one side and easy access to the car park. Also a cafe and toilets on the first floor.

Just done a top up shop and had a coffee Would like to commend the cafe staff. One slim lady who is often on duty and a young woman possibly of Malaysian origin are first class . The girl, I think with Downs syndrome, is sometimes on the till, always welcoming and smiling. The cafe is essential to the success of M and S in Witney.

We visited today to try and find suitable outfit for my husband as we are attending a wedding. The choice was poor but we cannot thank Sharon enough for helping us both. My husband is on crutches and she looked after us and ordered everything online. Thank you for such kind and helpful support.

I'm tied between giving five or four stars. It's a lovely store with great staff. However M and S Witney really could do with a better and larger food hall. It's the smallest Super Market in Witney, and in my mind long overdue for expansion. You can of course get most things here. But it does feel lacking compared to Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
