jeremy cho★★★★★My only hangout when I land in London Gatwick Airport. This pub is super friendly and provides a great atmosphere to relax with a pint. The food is above average but more importantly easy on the pockets with a Monday promotion of 3 small for £10 iso £14.99. Gets very packed on the weekends though so go early to get a seat if you have a large party.
Brian Curtin★★★Not as big as it looks from the outside. Pub is wide but not deep. Most seats were taken as we arrived at 5pm on a Friday & the mixed bag of customers were having a meal and drinks as the weekend began. The pub noise was building as the alcohol flowed but you would expect that on any Friday. Pub is in a good location & based on the ground floor. Some outdoor seats at the front of the premises. Stella is £4.40 a pint & 3 small plates are £14.99 which is average for the area. Pub is dedicated to Herbert G Wells who wrote War of the Worlds. Look for the 7.6 metre sculpture in Green Passage depict
jeffrey goh★★★★★Nice food and drink. Happy hour menu Mon to Fri 2pm to 5pm.
David Mawson★★★Friendly staff. Food served luke warm. Pub cold too heating not on. Pub is huge plenty of space.
