If you love chicken and the delicious Nando’s sauces like I do, I highly recommend you visit Nandos, Wokingham. Service: - Everyone I interacted with was very welcoming, friendly and professional. - Our food was served within 20 minutes. - Rating: 5/5 Atmosphere: - My family and I visited at 16:30 on a Friday. Usual excellent food for a reasonable price and the restaurant layout is actually quite nice here. We have a decent meal. My only complaint was there were so many ordered being prepared and collected by delivery drivers we waited longer than expected for our food. I understand how the apps allow restaurants to widen their base, but you but not at the expense of the customers who are sat right in front of you waiting for their orders.

Staff here automatically treat Deliveroo drivers as if they are going to steal the food. To take this stance from the get go must be company culture since they all do it. We work with you to deliver your food, most of us are hard working, respectful individuals that would rather get paid than eat a Nando’s on the house. You get bad eggs in all walks of life. It doesn’t mean it accounts for the majority. This type of ignorance is rather astonishing for such a large chain. Please do better.
