Loyal customer of M&S here! I'm obsessed with the bakery. Today, 14/05, I grabbed a cinnamon bun. The top was perfectly baked, so I took a big bite. Unfortunately, I found that the center was raw and doughy on the bottom. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I urge you to be more careful. Food safety is crucial, as undercooked items can pose a risk for foodborne illnesses like E. coli from raw flour. I didn’t take any pictures, but I suspect the pasta de nata may have been underbaked as well. Please consider this as honest feedback rather than a complaint. Thank you!

This M and S must be the most inadequately signed I have ever been to. Finding your way around the store and even getting to the correct floor in the lift was difficult, which also had no signs. Being disabled was another challenge as it was hard to find the ramps between the levels within the same floor. I gave up in the end as I'm afraid ny frustrations had become too much for me to even remember what I went in for. But finding the Menswear from the ground floor, shouldn't need an OS map and compass! M and S is normally a benchmark for excellence, but in this case you have let yourself down.

Had a lunch in the Cafe upstairs. Partner had Tomato soup with chips. I had Fish bap with cod with chips given a fancy name, food was ok.latte coffee was ok but nothing special. At least you could pay for your food at a till and not a computer terminal Service here wasn't great. An elderly man waited 25 minutes for a soup. Either to many new people had started or collectively people just had a bad day.Certainly not as sharp as usual. Free tap water here which made for a nice change

I took my Mum to the cafe. We had good access with Mum being in a wheelchair and easily found somewhere to sit. It could be a little cheaper, but everything looked clean and well presented. Not sure I would have the matcha raspberry iced tea again mind. It's an acquired taste.
