If it weren't for Marks n Spencers I would find Yeovil town centre to be a sad experience! Reasonably priced and manufactured clothes and homewares, pleasant cafe and fabulous food hall as well as polite staff make it a genuine pleasure to go shopping in a civilised atmosphere.... something which is disappearing for the UK high street....and something which several PMs are responsible for.

A good store with excellent food hall. Clothing wise I'm not sure what age group they are selling to any more. I think they have lost their way

The conduct of the cafe staff was highly unprofessional. A member of the service team created a significant disturbance rather than offering a courteous reminder regarding an uncommunicated in-house policy upon our seating with coffees. Her demeanor was loud and unprofessional, drawing the attention of other patrons. When we addressed her behavior as rude and unprofessional, she escalated the situation by involving a manager. While the manager offered an apology, the incident significantly detracted from our post-shopping experience. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment

Barbara Wiltshire★★★★

Lovely high street store that has a nice range of clothes. The staff are friendly and helpful.
