The third time in a row I’ve come here in the last few months and they have closed early for no real reason should only happen in exceptional circumstances. Clearly the staff can’t be bothered.

I recently visited Yeovil Starbucks and I was very disappointed with the service from one of the employees in particular name tagged (Jodie) , even though she wasn’t the one who served me she stood out to me as she was the only staff member standing around while everyone else was running around doing there jobs correctly and efficiently. I don’t think this is very professional as I think that all staff should be doing equal amount of work. All other staff members were very polite and welcoming.

Come in for a light lunch and coffee. Coffee was standard. Food was mediocre and didn’t finish, partly due to the fact that the whole cafe was filthy. Floors unclean, with bits of muck and food debris, we only found 1 table that looked like it had been wiped, all others had sticky stains, left over food, cups left, chairs were marked with sticky stains and food. Usually a lover of Starbucks, but this has to be by far the worst one I have visited.

Very disappointing customer service. 3 male & 2 female younger members of staff stood behind counter talking/joking. One person dealing with orders whilst the others stood around oblivious. Using mobile phones. Only good thing that i must comment about this visit was the blonde lady on the till think her badge said Deb? Poliete when taking order/payment also was the only member of staff i saw that actually cleared/'wiped tables down inside/'out. Very capable of multi tasking whilst the others stood around/disappeared in side room.
