Usually we have no big issues with this place. Today was different. My complaint has to do with two things 1. They forgot my extra sauce, again. Always happens. Every. Single. Time. 2. And this is a big one. We did curbside. The kid that handed me my food and drinks had gloves on. They were SOAKING wet gloves. Then I noticed that ALL of my bags had WET hand prints all on them. The straw he handed me, was so wet that the paper had almost dissolved. I don't know if it was water, soda, grease, or maybe he was wiping down tables before he ran out food out. He just handed my stuff and walked off. I

Put an online order in ahead of time to give it time to be ready for me to pick up without a long wait time. Get there only to spend over an hour in the drive thru to pick my order. Only 3 cars ahead of me so I don’t really see the reason it took so long. Regardless when I got to the drive thru window the food bag was crumpled up like it was carelessly tossed around. Literally nothing was hot. Everything in the bag was cold like it was made then set aside and forgot about. None of the orders were right. The ice in the drinks melted causing the drinks to be watered down. Absolutely worst servic

Our server was fantastic! His name started with a J and has incredible hair and such a beautiful smile. Food, as always, was cooked perfectly and exactly as we ordered it. I tried the smokehouse burger which was SO GOOD!!! A++++ all around

Don't come to this location if, you're in a hurry and with hungry kids. Doesn't matter if it's 1 car in the drive thru or 10. They'll have you sitting in the drive thru for a minimum or 30 mins. That's if you're lucky. It's taken this happening to us 5 times in a row for me to finally post a review. My kids love Whataburger but we'll never go back to this location.
