Just throws the donuts in a bag to get all smashed and stuck to each other. The froating is all on the bag and the chocolate is on top of the strawberry. What if someone is allergic to chooclate??? Or strawberry? I want my frosting on my donuts, not on the dirty bag. Like at least ACT like u care!!! Ridiculous. Also donuts were dry. Don't go here.

So, I guess the new thing at Dunkin is if they don’t have what you order, they just put random donuts in the box. I ordered 3 glazed, 3 maple, 6 chocolate covered, and 12 glazed donut holes. Got home with 3 glazed, 3 maple, and a random mix of other donuts. Only 2 of the donut holes were glazed and the others were random. But yet…I paid the same price. It would’ve been nice had they informed me when ordering that they had less than half my order. Because the amount of donuts and donut holes, as well as the number of glazed and maple, were correct, it confirms it was meant for me and not someon

I previously placed a mobile order for a Wake-Up Wrap (Sweet Black Pepper Bacon) and received only bacon in the bag — no wrap, no egg, no cheese. This is a basic and unacceptable mistake. Every drink I’ve ordered here has been so bad that I ended up throwing them away. The quality is completely different from other Dunkin’ stores — the drinks taste off, poorly made, and not up to standard. What makes it worse is that this is the only Dunkin’ nearby, and I drove almost 50 minutes just to pick up that order. The experience was a total waste of time and money. This location is a bit chaotic. Out of Bakery items by 10am. I order cold foam and they forget it. Coffee is hit or miss. Either tastes decent, or like dirt. My most recent visit o ordered my food and they had no muffins. Sad but oh well. I get my coffee, and it tasted horrible. I poured the coffee down my drain and there was a piece of cardboard in my coffee. Imma give it more time before I try this location again..
