My favorite spot to go to on my way to work when I crave it. Everyone is always smiling nice and friendly. Very clean too. My food is always fresh and that’s what I love the most about this location besides the friendly workers. No matter the time or day my sandwich is perfect and my fries and onion rings always hot/fresh 🥰🥰

First time experiencing this place after seeing it many times in travels. It was DELISH! Loved the diner vibe, food was prepared fresh and quickly and was perfect fornour quick lunch. Will be going back for sure!

The food was delicious as always, I just feel that in general the size of the Italian beef sandwiches have become smaller, but the cost is higher. This wasn't the first time nor the only Portillo's where I experienced this either. The salads were a good size, and my husband's chili cheese dogs were nice and full of chili. The staff were very friendly, and the food was nice and hot. Overall we had a good time.

Found a hair in my fries after I was already chewing it. Why are the employees not wearing hair nets?? Man or woman. Doesn’t matter. This is GROSS and Portillo’s needs to go back to quality instead of 🤑. Used to love portillo’s… not anymore. And this isn’t the first time this has happened either. Do better!!
