Had a great experience at Dunkin today. Katrina, Max and Dylan went out of their way to make it right when my preferred donut wasn’t available. My custom drink was made perfectly. I don’t usually go in the afternoon and I’m impressed with the level of service offered.

No customers in the store, a few cars in the drive thru; but our party of four entered and waited and waited; ignored by the staff. When finally attended; I had to return to the counter, wait until someone acknowledged me and ask for the two (2) donuts that we requested in addition to the drinks. The staff seemed oblivious or non caring. I wonder if it is a lack of management supervision and or training in customer service.

I noticed that the team of workers were working very hard, for few customers. And they were super nice and welcoming. They definitely deserve five stars. I totally recommend! Madonna, Jemilee, and Amin were all very nice . THANK You So Much and happy Holidays

When someone orders let them talk. Just listening goes along way. I felt rushed and didn’t order my coffee correctly and my coffee was nasty. Paying almost 7 dollars for coffee i would like it to taste good
