know a lot of people leave negative reviews about this Dunkin’, but I have to say it has come a long way. I especially want to recognize Brendan he is incredible every time I visit. He is always polite, well-mannered, and truly an outstanding employee. There was a time I had an issue with my coffee, and Brendan, along with Stephanie, fixed it right away with no hesitation. I truly despise having to go to this Dunkin. I try to avoid this one at all cost, but sometimes if I’m working in the area, I tend to stop here and like always it’s the worst service I ordered a size medium coffee Cold light ice. They handed me a small one filled with ice to the top. I told her I apologize, but I did order a size medium. She comes back five seconds later with a size medium cup with ice filled all the way to the rim. Respectfully, I am not ordering a cup of ice I can just grab a cup of ice from my home. This is consistently the worst Dunkin I have ever gone to. Every SINGLE TIME the bagel minis are completely uncooked and hard and ice cold in the middle. The order is almost always wrong and the employees are rude about it too. I had to ask twice to have them put the bagel minis back in the oven to warm them up and it STILL was ice cold. Just save your money and time and go somewhere else.
