The experience started before the first sip. The barista expressed a lemon peel over a flame, creating a brief flash of citrus fire and filling the air with an incredible lemon aroma. It felt more like a cocktail presentation than a coffee order. The first sip was bright, complex, and refreshing. The lemon and espresso played off each other beautifully without either dominating.
